id="WTCidMenuItemMain")
In the header of this file, from top line til end of
second horizontal line (see it at source code and browsing in Plain
HTML), there is this:

id="WTCidValidateContent">...</div>
This
div id means that everything inside of this tag will be removed when
this homepage is used to feed the Content Area table cell, at index.html, when WebTemCo.js
javascript file is run.
Change everything you want in that header area,
inside the <div>...</div>, then create
copies of this file to add different content homepages to your
website.
Plain HTML: Add any content you want into this area, just below the
second 'horizontal line', replacing this text.
Javascript: Click on "Browse Mode" to setup user
preferences.
